Scarecrow Contest (Family and Kids)
Location: Outside
Calling all families...it’s time to get those creative juices flowing. Families are encouraged to work together to design and create a scarecrow for your yard. Photograph your creation and send the photo along with a short explaination to Saginaw County Parks. Win prizes from Mid-Michigan Children's Museum, Saginaw Children's Zoo, Zehnder’s Splash Village and Leaman’s Green Applebarn!Be sure to include the names of all of the creators and contributors, address, email and phone number. Entries can be mailed to: Saginaw County Parks, 111 South Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan 48602 or emailed to: parks@saginawcounty.com All entries must be created in Saginaw County.All entries will be posted on the website.Deadline for submitting photos is November 30th at 5pm. Judging will take place at the beginning of December and winners will be notified mid-December.
Girl Scout Cookie Sale (Non-profit)

Celebrate Recovery at Midland Christian Church is a Christ-centered 12 step recovery program that addresses a variety of hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Do you feel angry too often? Are you sad or lonely too much? Do you feel like life is weighing you down? Do you or someone you love struggle with a habit or addiction? Do you want the answer? Come and get it - Thursdays @7pm!
